Every day, people in our families, workplaces and communities experience mental health challenges. Often, it's not about having all the answers—it's about knowing how to recognise the signs, start a supportive conversation and respond safely when someone needs help.
This nationally recognised course has been developed for everyday people who want to make a difference. Through practical activities, realistic scenarios and guided discussions, you'll build the confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health concern or crisis while understanding the importance of professional support and referral.
Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, volunteer, support worker, manager or simply someone who wants to be better prepared, you'll leave with practical skills you can use in everyday life.
