In this fun and mindful workshop, children will be guided through a short meditation and
breathing activity before exploring their emotions through colour with paint.

Healing, Tuning Into Kids, Chakradance and Chakradance Kids, Meditation and more. A one
stop shop for creative minded people to gather, share, create, socialise, and engage.
We provide a safe and caring environment that recognises mental well-being and supports it
through art.

Throughout the Art of the Minds Art Exhibition, Julia (from aah art and healing) will facilitate a
number of creative and wellbeing sessions for adults and kids.
