A 90min session of Slow Flow Yoga, breathwork, and Kriya movement. Followed by Restorative movement and Sound session to restore, revive and connect to the wisdom within.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• An accessible and energising Slow Flow Yoga Class, guided breathwork.
• Kriya movement to rinse and restore the nervous system and channels. The slow movement will provide space to restore, reflect and connect.
• Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing.
• A combination of very gentle movement, stretching and restorative yoga poses with the bonus of sound healing. Soak up the sounds of quartz, crystal and relax.
