Qigong is a set of exercises which is based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and adopts movements from Yang style Tai Chi. It places emphasis on synchronizing the 18 movements with proper breathing technique. It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and also deeply relaxing.
