Jules Haddock from Art of the Minds will present on “Letting go of future worries through improved mental health”. Jules will guide you in understanding how our thoughts impact us, but can be changed. We can see the world as a safer and wonderful place. Regardless of what the storms of life throw at us, we can learn to be resilient in our own boats with a little brain training! Make or bring a special Mad Hat and try and win a prize! Includes a scrumptious morning tea.

Positive Ageing Month (formerly Seniors Festival) is an annual celebration in October of people aged 55 and over. Join in on the many local events and activities being held across the Surf Coast Shire throughout October to celebrate Positive Ageing Month.
