This experiential workshop incorporates the research of Dr Brene Brown, best selling author, podcaster, key-note speaker, researcher and so much more.

We will explore some of the ways to help create our personal resilience and a fulfilling life based on research by globally renowned and highly regarded Dr Brene Brown into leadership, vulnerability, courage, shame, resilience and whole-hearted living. You will learn and experience some of the strategies Brene has captured in her research, as well as have the opportunity to connect with others in a safe environment.

Brene Brown has interviewed countless individuals across the globe to identify what are the things they do - behaviours, focus, practice - to support themselves, come through challenges and live a whole-hearted life.

Brene Brown says: Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, no matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.
