This workshop offers a fun and creative way of sharing expressive representation which
allows participants an insight into; ‘What is art therapy?’
Individual expression will be facilitated through a group art piece; a ‘flower of feelings.’
The workshop involves simple personal exploration through color rather than words,
with the aim of providing individuals a space to create expressive representation and
further gain from the connection and insights shared by individuals through a
collaborative experience.
Materials will be provided. No art experience is necessary, just a curiosity about what art therapy may look like for you!
